    Great, so this one is a bit harder, so i suggest you not to look on wikipedia for population because its population is between 75000 and 150000 everyone put different population, its population was 60000 in 2002 and now is more than 100000 but on wiki says that it is decreasing, so....
    Hint: Eastern Europe or maybe central you are here to judge
