Why this noobish map?:
Yes, this is an unfinished city... I am getting a new Computer next week and with that, all my CXL Cities will be lost. I highly doubt that I am able to get all the mods back so these maps would work again..

This is why I am posting some ancient and not so ancient maps of mine that I havent finished. Still they were a hell of a lot of work so I am posting them anyways.

About the work on this city:
So this is a city that I build under the working title "Acacia Forest". I do not really know why, maybe because the map is kind of an arid, desert theme.

This is the first map I ever build in CXL. I started on it directly after the release of CXL 2011. Since there were no mods for this game around at that time, none were used originally. I later added a mod for better forestation and parks, but thats the only mod used on this map.

Looking back now I am not so happy with the city layout as I was when I build it. That is the main reason why I decided not to continue the map at some point.

A large circle of motorways surrounds the city and connects the different parts of it. No realistic highway mod or anything else was available back then!

Last but not least, my solution for social housing. Right behind the mountains so no one sees it from the main city




Althoug this city is nothing special compared to most others here on the forum, I still felt I had to post it. I spend many many hours on this and out a lot of thoughts and effort into it.
Once again: No mods whatsoever where used to build this city!
