    Important - Due this condominium has a lot of balconies and other small details, the corner building has 13.000 triangles and the middle building has 11.500 triangles.

    Here I present my first mod :)
    Astoria Residence is a modern and modular executive condominium. Features 2 buildings: corner and middle. Both buildings have 9 floors, parking lots, garden and pool. It's a T3 executive residence.The glass railings from balconies are reflective, not translucent.

    Menu location - Residential/Executive/T3
    Base - 60x60 meters
