    Blueprints: as decoration
    (mod requested in requests page by Mayor_Cyrus)
    some unlockers have the majority of them unlocked but this is my version
    i edited all blueprints as i did see fit
    you can now place them as many as you want, when and where you want as decorations only
    (can be placed on water and no need to connect to road)
    some are no collision (some without the foundation)
    so you can create the city layout before you place original or how you see fit
    as i have seen some amazing city pictures on forum

    i had done for myself a astro observatory already so hes/her´s request was idea and push to make all
    tnx.

    i did not find conflicts with any other mods.

    Update: i added no collision version so you can be creative

    really awesome mod! i'm glad i don't have to put up with the tokens thing when building a mega structure, the only complaint i have is that the Sydney opera house, the decoration is still in construction mode. other than that, I LOVE THIS MOD!

    Excellent and very useful mod, but i can't find the no-collision version in the game menu. When i toggle the limitless construction button there is nothing to select, no blueprints.
