Hi mates, This is my first mod. At first, I wanna thanks my friends Uokiok and Joues who give me greatly help.
This mod can build over the water and U can adjust the high of the building(Like bridge). At the same time it unnecessary to link with roads. Using with another modders' jetty mod, I believe U can made the more realistic Dubai Seven Star Hotel!! Enjoy it!!

Delete issue: Deleted this building just like deleted Blueprint building. So that the bulldozer tool is useless.
First click the building, then press the "Delete" button from your keyboard. Thanks for the Dreian who put forward this important issue.
