These are the reports that should of been made when CitiesXL was developed.

As your city gets bigger you will notice a lot of errors in the log files saying reports are missing. I don't know if a build up of these errors can cause a crash.
Example:

The reports tell you what's going on with your buildings.

I'd say they were missed when CitiesXL was taken over by Focus Home Interactive.
I did a bit of research, made them and then tested them. They seem to work OK. The errors have disappeared and the messages show on screen as they were suppose to.
They effect the message system only.

Installation

Place the Data folder into your CitiesXL folder so it merges with the existing Data folder.
Cities XL 2012
C:\Program Files (x86)\Focus Home Interactive\Cities XL 2012
or
C:\Program Files\Focus Home Interactive\Cities XL 2012
Cities XL Platinum (Steam)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities XL Platinum
or
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities XL Platinum
Most likely they will work with CitiesXL 2009 and 2011.
Let me know if there needs to be changes made to any of them.
