As i was ask to make some more free placement buildings, i made a new pack of free buildings. So thank you to brendonwright1989 for the idea and help he puts into this mod!
I only tested it in Cities XXL but it should work in previous versions.
Location:
Beach buildings are located in beach tab > No collision tab.
Pyramids and Carrier are located in Civic services > environment tab > No collision tab.

NB: i had a "XML error" with some of the beach buildings i was asked to make collision free, so i removed them from the mod as they crashed the game. I guess some of them can't be edited...
