The James Monroe building is located in the capital city of Richmond,Va. It was completed in 1981 and stands at a height of 137m. It is the tallest building in the city and the second tallest in Virginia. This is my second building from the city of Richmond. I grew up in central VA.
This building is located in the custom content tab(UIM) under exceptional buildings. The building has the standard attributes of a normal T3 office builing.
