    4/5,
Good work! I like your coastal districts, they are well planned! The train station looks quite lovely, and your work with the public transportation systems is a success.

What I dislike is especially this uncreative industrial district. This grid layout is not really pleasing my eyes. I know that industrial areas do not have to look good. Still you could add e.g. a highway connection, try to make some custom buildings, and so on.

    4/5,
Very good city, I like especially the Cumhuriyet district. In most Turkish coastal towns, the shorelines are usually restricted to pedestrians, so I really love the "sahil yolu" in your town.

And the overall road network and building density seems quite realistic (I really like the road network in your picture [kurla_48 ].

However, if we extend the realism a bit further, the city is too crowded for an ordinary or even major Aegean town. It's not Smyrna in the end, is it? Likewise, too many highrise buildings do not show up in anywhere in the region.

And one more humble recommendation, you should use RHM instead of the in-game highway connectors. That being said, the airport area needs some more fine tuning.

Maybe more normal view pics and SAT view pics can help us to rate your city efficiently.

    5/5,
Çok gerçekçi olmuş, emeğin gerçekten kayda değer :) Aynı zamanda kentteki Türk atmosferi oturmuş diyebilirim. Yol ağı da doğal görünüyor. Havalimanı ve kırsal kesim biraz çalışma istiyor. Benim fikrimce 5 yıldızı hak eden bir CJ oldu.
