    5/5,
This reminds me a lot of the noble wine region of northern Portugal, my native country. I can't imagine the hard work and the time you spent. Especially on the terraces and the aqueducts. It must have been quite challenging. But it worked very well. You did an absolutely amazing job. Respect!

Thanks you for your comment. Mediteranean landscapes inspired me in some aspects.
Yes, both terraces and the aqueducs were difficult to build and take me many time.

This is very creative. I cant imagine the time it took to put this much detail into such an original looking city. Great work. Looking forward to update.

Before I start, I want to tell you that I am happy to see you posted this city on XL NATION!

5 stars it goes without saying!
This city is very original! You have been able to develop a city with a fantastic look!
There is a hell of a dose of imagination, sprinkled with a touch of madness! it gives this wonder.
    Altlantide on Cities XXL!

What I like the most are the aqueducts ending with this majestic tower, modded by our friend Ezekh!

Can't wait for more! I would be curious to see how this city can develop!

That's the challenge. I tried to creat some thing witch include a large dose of imagination but witch remain realistic. Thanks for your comment !!! I'm really happy to have so much good comments on this city !

    5/5,
Five stars for the creativity :) Albeit I would love to see some more descriptions concerning some of the city's districts and buildings ;)

And I got really nostalgic when I saw your terraces. I remember I had an hour-long discussion in the chat with some other members about ways to create steep terraces as you can see e.g. in the Philippines. We did not actually build them, but it amazing to observe how a group of city builders actually looked for ways to solve a "problem", given the limitations of the game. And we were not far away from your solution. And I am heavily impressed by the result! It must have taken you days, I guess? :D

Next to your terraces, the city itself is of course a real feast for the eyes. I love how you carefully designed the viaducts/aqueducts together with the different levels, that's equally impressive! And all the different buildings that you put together, for example the Royal Albert Hall as part of an industrial complex, really fascinating! And then the "aethenaeum" (I suppose) on top of all, great! I hope you will be able to add a bit of a background story and some descriptions soon :) Keep it up!

I'll give more descriptions in the next updates ;)
In my opinion, the result of the terraces is not perfect, mainly because the height between each of them is a little bit oversized. But giving the limitations of cities XXL and the difficulties to build something on a slopping ground, i imagine that it's correct.
The next update will contain some explanations for certains parts of the city.
Thanks a lot for your priceless comment !
