    4/5,
    Four stars for now!
The street layout looks quite close to the original layout,
good job! Also, you tried a lot to show the massiveness
of the Las Vegas suburban parts!

The airport looks quite good, although maybe a bit oversimplified...

But two points so far do annoy me a bit:
    1) the choice of the skyscrapers has lead to some terrible looking
skyline. You have too many and too high skyscrapers
in such a small area, they mutually cover each other.
Use fewer skyscrapers that are also not too tall, maybe a maximum
of 200 to 250 metres... My impression of such Southern and South Western US Cities like Las Vegas or Phoenix was that they are mostly flat, and have only a few skyscrapers that range up to 200 to 230 metres...
Las Vegas on top of that has lots of playful elements within.

    2) if I was correct, Las Vegas has an extensive highway network, which
I yet don't see in your recreation, though...
Maybe try to use more of the RHM?

Nonetheless, it is a good approach, just needs some fine-tuning :)

On a site note: most of the Las Vegas Strip is located
in the unincorporated municipality of Paradise :D
