    This is a City Life Building Conversion.

    I have created new LODs and texture maps needed & adjusted a few other things.

    I have also created a new alternative brick color that is not as dark as original.

    +2% Education, employs all workers (medium)

    Base is 60m X 40m
    LOD's: 3457, 1836, 1836 & 219
