This is it!
The last skyscrapers from aitortilla01!
Since I am focused now on my airport project, I release now some buildings I finished in the past weekes but needed a last touch. Now, especially thanks to Montoto's tutorial on specular and reflection maps, I found what that "touch" was
Instead of releasing the buildings separately I decided to release them together in a Volume 1!
LOS ANGELES DOWNTOWN PACK (VOL. 1)
Enjoy 4 of the most iconic buildings in downtown L.A.: the Library Tower (now known as US Bank Tower), the 777 Tower, the Wells Fargo Center and the City National Plaza!
This is Volume 1, because in a future, not too soon, I know I will probably do a few more office buildings... and L.A. has indeed some of the best looking ones
What's in this pack?
LIBRARY TOWER
U.S. Bank Tower, formerly Library Tower and First Interstate Bank World Center, is a 310.3 m (1,018 ft) skyscraper at 633 West Fifth Street in downtown Los Angeles, California. It is the tallest building in California, the tenth-tallest in the United States, the tallest west of the Mississippi River, and as of November 2010, the 44th tallest building in the world.
Because local building codes require the building to have a helipad, it is also the tallest building in the world with a roof-top heliport. Until the construction of Taipei 101, it was also the tallest building in a major active seismic region; its structure was designed to resist an earthquake of 8.3 on the Richter scale. It consists of 73 stories above ground and two parking levels below ground. Construction began in 1987 with completion in 1989.
The building was designed by Henry N. Cobb of the architectural firm Pei Cobb Freed & Partners and cost $350 million to build. It is one of the most recognizable buildings in Los Angeles, often used in establishing shots for the city in films and television programs. The most famous movie it is in is Independence Day, in which it is the first structure destroyed during an alien invasion.
CITY NATIONAL PLAZA
City National Plaza is a twin tower high-rise complex located in downtown Los Angeles, California, comprising City National Tower and Paul Hastings Tower. The 213.1 m (699 ft) 52-storey structures are located on the site of the Art Deco Richfield Tower, that was designed by Morgan, Walls & Clements in the 1920s, and what is now the Paul Hastings Tower, became the new world headquarters for the Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO).
Upon completion in 1972, the towers of City National Plaza were the tallest buildings in the city for one year before being overtaken by Aon Center, and were the tallest twin towers in the world until the completion of the World Trade Center in New York City.
The towers are constructed of steel frames covered with polished panels of forest green granite and panes of bronze glass.
777 TOWER
777 Tower (also known as Pelli Tower) is a 221 m (725 ft), 52-story office building designed by César Pelli in downtown Los Angeles, California.
Developed in 1991 by South Figueroa Plaza Associates, the building contains approximately 1,025,000 sq ft (95,200 m2) and a three-story Italian marble lobby. The exterior is clad with sculpted white metal and glass. The tower is adjacent to the 7+Fig Shopping Center and currently owned by Maguire Properties.
The building's major tenants include, Marsh & McLennan, American International Group, and Zuber & Taillieu LLP.

WELLS FARGO CENTER
Wells Fargo Center is a twin tower skyscraper complex in downtown Los Angeles, California, comprising Wells Fargo Tower and KPMG Tower joined by a three-story glass atrium. The project received the 1986–1987 and 2003-2004 Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Office Building of the Year Award and numerous others. Wells Fargo History Museums is located at the center.
During initial construction it was featured in the 1983 film, Blue Thunder, and the top upper floors were not completed during filming, so Roy Scheider's character shot a helicopter chasing him from the unfinished top floor.
