    Every mod of yours are different with others.. they styles of the shadow, the grey basic color, the green and yellow nightlights and the details on the rooftop. Those are what i really love from yours!! Amazing work as usual Monty!

      Yep, what makes them valuable is their location. In cities XL land value is not a variable so an ugly building is condemned to be lower class. When I modded the Kavanah building I made it a little "cleaner" and "well mantained" than the real one, because it actual look woulnd't fit elite areas in the game.
