I like the ovrall result.
I think you have managed to combine skyscrapers and lower buildings interesting, combining this with a very interesting skyline.
I like the seaport and the feeling from street level; the photos withth two cruise ships and then cranes is very interesting and has nicce perspective.
So, overall i like it.
There are a couple of things you can fix, besides city planning itself that is a constant lesson for all of us with every new city.
First is resolution of the pictures. Too many jagged lines do remove from the ovrall quality of the result. Definitely try to produce better images in higher resolution to show what you have done in a better and cleare way.
Then it's sky replacement: use parts of pictures near the horizon. Search for images of "sky and sea" and crop the part near the horizon, since in some of the photos the sky relacement has been masked correctly but there is no sense of depth at all.
All in all i like it but it needs osme refinements. I 'd very hapilly see more of it or any other city of yours.

Your city is okay. It is a bit incomplete, but it is okay.

This city looks way better than youre others. Looks you have made kind of a progress in youre CJs. Keep up that work! Its very original with the way of the grid from the row houses to the wierd bridges. I love original. The only thing I found really strange is the airport. It does look like an airport in the future. But creatifity and unique show it all. 4 star I could give you! ;-)

nice start , a bit too much repetition + you got to rebuild your harbour, it s badly designed/unfinished ....
