Yeayh, finally my first mod!!!
The Mori Tower was already in the game, but was locked so I unlocked it!
It was intended to be a landmark/blueprint so I put it in the asian pack under blueprints but you can still place it as much as you like in your city.
Update! the mod is now located in office t3
