    This is my first city I have taken seriously with long-term city planning, and also my first city journal. The name is "New York" translated to Norwegian. I have developed my city building skills a lot in this game, so I can clearly see what areas I built first... I have spent around 100 hours on this game.

    I will only continue this city journal if I can transfer my save to CXXL, as the save on CXL12 have started to lag a lot. The whole map will be filled if its compatible with CXXL.

    My goals for this city was at least 2 Mill inhabitants, an extensive highway system, a big airport, a harbour and only green roads, with few exceptions. I consider these goals fulfilled.

      Takk! Jeg er veldig fornøyd med veinettet, og har prøvd å kombinere amerikansk og norsk stil. Jeg tenker; jo flere monumenter, desto bedre! :D

    I like the highway layout, especially those interchanges. Also the airport looks very nice. The buildings don't really match, though. The Colosseum and the Meiji Shrine are way out of place.

      Thank you so much! I am very happy with how the airport turned out, and I will try to make an even bigger one in my next city. I did not mean to make acctual New York, so the monuments are in my opinion correct. I like to combine monuments from all parts of the world, just for fun really.
