Well, there's not much to say about it. It's the christmas from the old christmas pack, 30 meters high. Is not very pretty and the lights are ugly but at least your townhall will have a christmas tree this year.

It has no collision box so it can be placed anywhere, including on buildings, streets or roundabouts.
To place it click on the icon and place the black/and yellow pole where you want the Xmas Tree, the tree will appear in the same spot. To delete it just click on the tree and press delete. It has a big invisible mesh to make the tree more easely selectable, so you don't need to try to click on the tiny pole to select it.
