The concept and original height map are both credited to Willer.
edits:
Blended the height map's water channels to match XXL's singular water level. Unfortunately, water can't run downhill in XXL as the channels in this heightmap did.
Edited in World Machine for erosion effects
XXL Map Editor - assigned textures, and edited the necessary files for game play.
*This map will only work in Cities XXL(2015) and the Community Mod is required.
