and did a bit of searching and stumbled across a bunch of downloadable buildings from City Life Game.
Anyways I downloaded them and tried this one. copy from nicko's swat thread
i added some textures,lights,cars etc.
Stats:

- Base: 100x60
- Ploppable only
- Triangle Count:
L1: 3000
L2: 1500
L3: 1500
L4: 180
MENU LOCATION
Commerce -> Leisure -> Entertaiment Leisure
