    An exceptional rating for an exceptional density building. What is exceptional density? I did notice tax income of 600, doubling the normal high density executive tax of 300. Plus the small footprint means we can stuff these in tight places.

    Good work, an i know Cities xxl is lack of the shops and buildings with beautifu lights and signs, the city downtown is very dull, Make some mods to make the city's downtown like the Times square of New York, because i can't do it but you can ...and thanks for that
