I proudly present you my FIRST coustom content building La Tour Granite

Fixed merging problem, I added some changes in front facade, montoto's shader, vents, few floating trees Tongue ...
To install this version you HAVE to delete v1.0 from your cities, then delete it from your pak folder, and then install the new one v2.0 !

Tour Granite is an office skyscraper in La Défense, the high-rise business district situated west of Paris, France.
Tour Granite was opened in December 2008. The building is designed by French architect Christian de Portzamparc. It is the fifth tallest building in la Défense, after Tour First, Tour Total, Tour Areva and Tour T1.
Tour Granite was ordered by the Société Générale banking group. It was built as a complement to the Société Générale twin towers whose office space was insufficient for the needs of the group. Like the existing two towers, Tour Granite has a sharply inclined roof.

I know it is not the most perfect building out there but it is my first, of many.
I am still learning all the 3dsmax functions, with time I will get better! Smile
I did all the modeling myself so credtis for model goes to me! ^^

NOTE: I am not sure does it needs UIM to work, I only tested it with him!
