    Model looks great! However: It pops up on normal tier 3 office building lots but it is larger (wider) than a "normal" square tier 3 lot. Whenever it pops up it goes outside of its boundaries, making it unable to connect to the road next to it and thereby making the building placed over the road and not connected.
    A possible solution to this would be to remove the width at the bottom of this building so that just the main, square building is present and scraping the sky with its otherwise beautiful ecstatics!
