"Two WFC" Building spec. Height 199m, Base 80x90m.
T4 High density Office.
Lod1: 2116 triangles.
Lod3: 1807 triangles.
Lod4: 434 triangles.
"Three WFC" Building spec. Height 227m, Base 90x90m.
T4 High density Office.
Lod1: 1878 triangles.

Installation:
If you have the previous file(v1.3), download the new one(v1.4) and just replace it.
Right click the patch file. Select "Save link as". Move it in your pak folder (example: CitiesXL/CitiesXL Platinum/Pak/Mods).
If you don't have a mods folder in your pak folder, it would be nice and neat to create one and place all your mods in there.
