Cities XXL Can't Find RHM Highway Signs

Hello people, and this is the problem that I'm suffering from it nowadays. I can not find RHM highways signs in Cities XXL in one way or another. However, some situations like downloading a city save and opening it in my game it appears and i'm able to use highways signs but can never use them especially when I start over a city. I'm a RHM addict person so these signs are very important for me so i'm waiting for a solution. Maybe there would be a mod which enables to access highway signs from normal decoration category.
