    Well I had a look at some of those Boulder Colorado models - the textures quality is better than average and the models seem to convert more cleanly than others I have seen.

    Need replacement roof textures but other wise not bad

    Just over 4000 triangles and a clean mesh - more needed for base and roof but very achievable within game limits

    Usual issue with google models - 65 individual texture files to be somehow crammed onto 1 diffuse texture for CXL

    Retextured 1 end of the buildng so far:

    Anyone Paintshop/ graphic experts care to advise whether to darken the lighter bits or lighten the dark bits to equalize the lighting on the textures? Will need to get rid of some heavy shadowing on some of the textures but I know how to do that. The textures from the rear of the building are much darker than those on the other sides asa they are in shadow in the real world orientation.

    Was it possible to have a version without a base @PaulJChris ?
    It looks really magnificent, and I think one could use it as a standalone complex
    and build a nice plaza around it whilst having a no-base version.

    Sort of yes - I was more refering to the texture sheet I posted above . If you look there you can see there is both dark and light brick - in the real world these are the same brightness and texture and shoul be in the model as well , allowing the game engine to cast the shadows appropriately.

    probably do darken the lighter...cause I think the red brick is also look too bright
