This mod adds Dubai Marina 23 tower into the game. Model is based on the original Marina 23 Tower which is 395 height residental builging. Model is completly made in 3ds max by the author and transferred in to game using FHI viewer tool.. I thanks XL nation community for all your guides. Thanks specially to the Montoto_sk. Building can be found in the high density elite housing
Cost 2000 to build. You need to have at least 1682 habitants to unlock.
The pink building problem is fixed in the 1.1 version.
Installation
Put the XL_nation_vamatti_23marinatower.patch file into Paks folder or subfolder inside it.
Remove
First remove buildings from your city and then remove patch file.
