I saw some people requesting more hotels in the Mod Request thread, so please enjoy this little contribution
Inspired by the 700 11th St. building in Washington DC, this neoclassical hotel will increase the tourism offer of your city. It has the specs of a T4 hotel. You will find it on the Tourist hotel menu. The footprint is irregular (72x45).
