In the heart of the Central Avalon Business District of Avalon (CABD)/ Downtown area is Grand Kingdom Tower at Sun Kingdom Circle. Kingdom Tower is the world's and Avalon's tallest skyscraper, measuring at a record-breaking 900m (3,000 ft.). The magnificent structure is the focus point of downtown Avalon and is the prominent jewel of Avalon's spectacular skyline. It stands tall to represent the prominent Kingdom of Avalonica. It is the center for multiple purposes; headquarters for some governmental agencies, offices for trading agencies and some of the world's and country's leading corporations, luxury hotel, and residential luxury apartments for Avalon's wealthiest and most honorable citizens/residents. You can enjoy some of the best views in all the country at the top of the building, which serves as a popular tourist attraction.

Grand Kingdom Tower is centered at the center of Sun Kingdom Circle, which is a large decorative plaza at the epicenter of CABD/Downtown Avalon where major avenues and boulevards meet in a large circle, featuring many multicolor tiles, symbolizing a sun-flower and a star at the core, and a moon star, reflecting Avalon's astronomic-centered culture and prominent Kingdom under the sun. The Sun-Flower is Avalonica's state flower, with it's red and yellow peddles. The moon star represents the connection between day and night and the relationship between them. Sun Kingdom Circle also features some very elegant fountains, walkways and open grass, spaces, perfect for recreational purposes and relaxation.​
