    Between Capitol Square and Downtown Avalon/CBD and right in the middle of central Avalon is Royal Majesty Park, which is an octagonal shaped park in the middle of which stands the majestic Royal Majesty Monument Statue, resembling the royalty that Avalon is known for as the "city of Majesty."​
