Amid the Sawn flourished a city rich of great size , which influences the rest of the world in its full of great avenues planning and huge open spaces. Its architecture combines the green of its lawns and gardens with striking gray concrete, also deals with concepts such as water mirrors , glass and proper lighting to enhance their linear forms and pass a sense of power , peace structure and easy to visualize. Its urban grid was inspired by the shape of a plane containing the pilot plan , the north wing and south wing.
