This is a Bunnings Warehouse,they are the largest hardware chain in Australia. although most of them are quite big now and look like this.
there is still the odd small one around.
I did some experiments with V-ray and texture baking.

There is 2 versions below a normal one and a Hi definition one. there is quita a difference in quality but not enough to justify the extra mb imo, so the normal one is fine.
There's also a version using Montoto's Enhanced Shader, I did the normal version without because the streetlight particles don't light up the objects using the enhanced shader.
It can be found under T3 retail, since it's not 60x60 but is 100x60 it is non-zoning and is under the custom section.
The triangle count is quite low for a T3 more like a T2, but the textures are all T3 size.
L1 < 3000
L2 < 2500
L3 < `1500
L4 ~ 50
