**Sacramento was my choice in place of Salinas.
Salinas (Salinas Valley) was requested, however, with no distinct terrain or water features inside the limited 10k x 10k area, it can be played on any flat map.
May I suggest, thanks to @skullz613 : Maps - The Flat Desert
These maps will only work in Cities XXL(2015) and the Community Mod is required.
-All maps depict a 10K x 10K city area (relative size of in-game map).
