Updated Version !!! I think I eliminated the IKEA issue! Problem was incorrect naming in the .max file. I hope it works fine. You have to replace the old cirka01.patch with the new one which is included here.

Here is my second building - an elite residental T3 building. This is less futuristic than my previous building (Cirka). It has a 60X60m base, it is quite high. At the bottom you can find some shops. You can find this building in the normal "resident" "elite" "T3" menu. I have CitiesXL 2009 - so wasn't able to create a UIM version, though I think the T3 elite residential selection is very small, so maybe this building can add a bit of variation. Use it if you like.
