Unskilled Condominiums
Three models in three skins each; these are all T2, one model with a base of 20x40 and the other two 40x40; they can be found in the Unskilled > T2 + custom content menu
Skilled Condominiums
One model in three skins; it is a T3 building with a base of 60x40. It can be found in the Skilled > T3 + custom content menu
Executive Condominiums
Three model in two skins each, plus some mirror parts (left and right); they are all T2, model 1 with a base of 40x20 and the rest with a base of 40x40. They can be found in the Executive > T2 + custom content menu
Stats:
All models are T2, except one T3.
They are all growable; the buildings with irregular bases (20x40, 40x20, 60x40) will grow, too, but there will be some gap with the adjacent the buildings.
All models are ploppable individually over land and water.
Remember to use the SHADER PACK for players or you will have visual glitches.
