based on a real building in Saint-Petersburg that was build in 1845.
They have a base 30x40m, and both over water placeable.
You can find it in the regular menu

I'm not sure if it compatible with 2012, 11 or 09 becase I don't have them and i can't check it out, but it works with XXL. Also I'm going to add an other version for XXL with added filter tags.

Would be great if we had more donations but I guess its a sign that the game fanbase is not as big as it use to be.
I would love to be able to add a way for our Chinese members to donate but theres no easy way to do it.
