Offices Eco Office Pack 1.0

This pack consists of 6 buildings and 1 skybridge

    Hello guys,
    i want to share with you my latest mod it is called Eco Office Park. The concept is modular office so you can make your own office park. But i think Cities XL lacks green buildings so i made those.
    those buildings have small collision. The skybridge works as furniture, you can move up and down.
    also all of them are low poly models.

    I tried these in a new city and they indeed work in XXL in my test. I like the way one building has an overhang across an avenue and can be connected by the skybridge. Just have to make sure to place them near enough to a road, same as any no-collision building. I'll have to see if they're truly eco-friendly since all offices seem that way anyway.

    While playing, this mod was a particular favorite of mine. I loved establishing environment-friendly "eco-office" zone, (according to my fiction), which was strongly encouraged by the city administration for its pioneer role of environment protection. Yet I cannot use these in XXL, the game I am now playing.

    Great buildings tho.

    maybe to low poly and low texture details. good idea though. also you need to connect each model to a road to make it work.
