This archive contains layout files of European trucks and trailer that are used in CXL Layout Creator.

Installation Instructions:
Unrar CitiesXL LayoutCreator folder to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2012
In other words, to your 3ds Max 2012 folder, location path may differ.
If you have modified CXL_Vehicles.cxl file, to keep it's modified content, paste these lines into it:
