Here we go with the release of the Flatiron Building of New York. It's a special office building that you can plop everywhere. It cost 500 by month and it will provide a 2% bonus on the office benefit (like the Peace hotel). It also provide a landmark effect.
I don't make the size bigger, because the scale seems weird with some buildings.
Where to find it : In the industry menu => Office menu => Special Building menu.
How to remove it : Bulldozer or select it and press suppr.

Would be great if we had more donations but I guess its a sign that the game fanbase is not as big as it use to be.
I would love to be able to add a way for our Chinese members to donate but theres no easy way to do it.
