After making the flat water plazas, I noticed boats could not be placed upon them. There's a few players who will find to be able to place boats over water plazas a big plus. The only way before would be to place all the boats first.

The height is also adjustable which may suit some players.
I was able to place the jet ski on the back of the launch as seen below.
