Well, Grosvenor has definitely grown a lot since the last map update (see here: CJ - Grosvenor, New Albana)! The last map update was nearly 10 months ago. By the looks of it, the map is now approximately 65% full and I will continue until it is full.
Since February 2017, I have been working on/off on a wide range of major development and infrastructure projects across the city such as Grosvenor International Airport and the new M1 motorway.
There are still a lot of unfinished major projects that require completion of other smaller projects before I can proceed such as the Richmond line quadruplication. I cannot start on the railway quadruplication project without completing the $3 billion CBD underground railway loop first. This goes the same for the M1 East project which cannot commence without finalising the alignment route all the way to Richmond. I found the M1 East project to be extremely difficult because it requires mass demolitions of existing buildings along the proposed alignment and a new tunnel under the heritage-listed central park (the Domain).
The latest major infrastructure project that is now fully completed was railway quadruplication of the Port line. Almost the entire section of the 26.5km Port line received two new train tracks in addition to the existing two. The new tracks alongside the existing alignment will be reserved for express trains services that only stops at Queen Street, Morningside and Port Grosvenor stations.
In meanwhile, I have also been working on smaller projects such as the University of Grosvenor (Richmond Campus), regeneration and renewal of Morningside City Centre, and Grosvenor Park Raceway grand prix circuit. Several existing train stations throughout Grosvenor also received upgrades and/or expansions to accommodate longer, nine-carriage trains.

- North West Busway (underground bus rapid transit route) from Ovingham to Debenham via Morningside
The redder the road is, the more congested it is. The roads are mostly red in the southwest (Moseley-Glenelg), northwest (Morningside-Port) and southeast (Bentleigh-Castle Hill) areas because it is more developed. Once I fill in every empty space with suburban houses, the map will be vastly different. I also found the map quite interesting because most motorists choose to ignore the M1 motorway and stay on the road to the CBD instead. Odd.
