Enjoy these 18 all-new, detailed buildings (15 models + 3 with alternative skins) that will take your city to a new level of awesomeness.

All the buildings in this pack are inspired by real models found in New York City, Chicago, Miami, Jakarta and Hong Kong. You will see that with one or two exceptions I stayed away from iconic or well-known buildings - why? so that these buildings can grow many times in your city and not stick out (who would want three Sears Towers in their city?)

- 6 T3 Executive buildings
- 5 T3 Elite buildings
- Default T3 residential values (cost, population, etc.)
- All buildings are growable and ploppable
- All buildings can be plopped over water for your awesome waterfronts or Miami-style islands
- Several buildings have custom made furnitures (deck chairs, tables, couches...)
- Almost all the buildings comply with the triangle limits

Download instructions

Save the attached .patch files directly into your game PAK folder; if a page full of weird symbols appears save the file by right clicking on each and "save target as" directly on your PAK folder.

Remember to download the required dependencies, including the tree patch.
