Retail Holiday hotels over water V1.0

XXL holyday hotels buildable on water

    All these hotels buildable only on the land have pissed me off. :mad:
    Then I calmed down by creating a mod to make them buildable on the water.:)

    I also removed the layer constraint. Thus, it's possible to build the hotels outside of the holidays areas.
