  2. Thank you to our large donator. I was able to cover the rest of this months bill.
Would be great if we had more donations but I guess its a sign that the game fanbase is not as big as it use to be.
I would love to be able to add a way for our Chinese members to donate but theres no easy way to do it.
If anyone has ideas please share and I'll look into it.

    Hey guys!
This time i am gonna showing you how to create a little planet effect from Cities X/XL photos!
It is pretty easy if you know some basics of Photoshop
    Example of the result:
    Lets get started!

you need to have these :
    • Cities XL or Cities XXL
    • Photoshop
Take a screenshot of the game. I am using alt+shift+F11 to get a very high resolution picture.

Open the photoshop. then You need to make the left side is same as the right side (not really similar is fine). You can do it by duplicating the left side and move it to the right and cleaning the editing.

Make sure your images are combined into one layer. The way is by choosing all layers and press ctrl + e

Flip your image vertically so it turns out upside down

Ok this is the most important part. You can create the little planet effect by only clicking one of the feature in PS. Go to Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates..

A window will pop up. Choose the Rectangular to Polar and click Ok

Your photo will turn out as an oval like this, you need to resize the height, but before that.. go to ninth step

Change your canvas size by simply press Alt+ctrl+C or go to Image > Canvas Size.. . Change the value of height into a value same as the width.

Ok now adjust your image by simply press ctrl+T or edit >Free Transform. Adjust it until it looks good or boundary like this.

You can also rotate the image so the building will be on top by also simply press ctrl+T or edit >Free Transform.

Crop the image so there is no blank space left.

    And it is doneee.....!
