As is much of my work, this tutorial is the product of a request.
This tutorial is designed to demonstrate how to edit and combine the necessary files, especially those that are generated by the Cities XXL Map Editor, to create a “.patch” file that is required to install custom made maps into Cities XXL (2015).

If you use a proxy server your registration will most likely get blocked due to spammers and hackers using proxy servers to hide their real IP address.
