    Looks like a promising start,
    but well, there needs to be done a lot,
    hence my 3 star rating.
    One suggestion for the Central Park:
    In real life, the park lies on a lower level,
    maybe you try to terraform the ground a bit
    (Please don't comment on my review,
    otherwise I cannot change my rating later).
