The building is a cuvilinear structure faced in aluminium and glass of varying translucency.
The building is an asymmetrical crescent in form and arcs back from the river Thames onto which it fronts whilst the roof appears to wrap around the building.
Albion Riverside is located between Battersea bridge and Albert bridge with stunning views out over the Thames to Cheyne Walk in Chelsea on the opposite embankment.
The apartments have full-height glazing with sliding doors out onto balconies with glass balustrades.
The building was awarded a certificate of excellence in the Building category of the Concrete Society Awards 2004.
Prices rise to £9,950,000 for an 8,500 sq ft penthouse apartment.
So desirable is residency in Albion Riverside, that it is rumoured that the building's architect Norman Foster has bought an apartment; his studio is in the same street atRiverside Three.
