Today, I'm planning to build an airfield on my new city, and since I don't think my city's budget is enough, I decided to make a loan. But when I open the loan menu, I see that:
1. The loan options are too small.
2. Repayments aren't realistic. In real life if we made a loan we will end up repaying more than the initial amount borrowed. Not in default CXL.
Then I have an idea of making the loan more realistic, and in a short time I've created a mod that makes CXL loan more realistic. Major differences: Instead of 100K, 500K, and 1M, we now have 1M, 5M, and 10M. Repayments, that used to be same as the initial amount borrowed, now ends up paying more. Here is a simple description:
Amount | Payment per turn | Turns to pay | Total repaid
1M Loan | 2200 | 500 | 1,100,000
5M Loan | 11500 | 500 | 5,750,000
10M Loan| 24000 | 500 | 12,000,000
