Firstly a big thank you to everyone who has contributed to this forum! I have a new found respect for all you 3d modders!
Now I present my first 3d model, so be nice
I have designed/built it around the Neo Classical Building style, no particular building I made most of it up myself.
It is a T3 Executive building (High density)
It's not a huge building only about 52 metres high by 32 metres wide. I think we need some more building around this size!
v1.2 - Changed it to be same as in game High Density Executive building.
Once installed it can be found in Housing > Executives > High Density Menu. (don't forget to switch on buildings only not zoning)
PS. if you look closely you will see me out the front, some old bag opens a can of whoop ass on me
