Built as the Bankboston Brasil Headquarters in São Paulo, in 2002, was latter changed to Itau Bank Building after the Bankboston branch was sold to Itau in 2006. It was sold again and now it's the Nestlé Brasil Headquarters. After completed it became a great landmark to the city. It's a high-rise office building and composes the skyline of Marginal Pinheiros, an expressway located in one of the most important financial district of the city and of Latin America . This building was the first one I did, around 2011. As I had some problems with my PC, 3ds Max and the Artist Tool I ended abandoning it. Now I was encouraged again and decided to finish it. The Lod's 1,2 and 3 are not very optimized. The model is so messed up, that I decided not to make major changes to it, however I made a new Lod4 that is below 200 triangles. I also adapted the building to fit a smaller lot compared to the real life building.
